Service Contract & Project Terms

Written Quote & Scope
Every project starts with a written quote describing the work, materials, and timeline. Work begins only on the scope we've agreed to in writing. Changes to scope are quoted before they're performed.
Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit reserves your production and installation slot; the balance is due on completion. We accept standard payment methods, and your quote will state any project-specific payment terms.
Design Proof & Approval
You approve a digital proof before anything goes to print. Please review it carefully — spelling, phone numbers, colors, and placement. Changes requested after approval may add cost and production time.
Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must arrive clean and dry — vinyl will not bond to dust, wax, or road film. Please disclose any existing paint defects, repainted panels, or body damage before installation; wrap removal can lift compromised paint, and we cannot be responsible for pre-existing defects.
Warranty
Our wrap and PPF installations carry a workmanship warranty covering lifting, bubbling, and edges attributable to installation. Film itself is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (including 3M film warranties on qualifying projects). Warranty terms for your specific project appear in your written agreement.
Care Instructions
- Hand wash only for the first weeks; avoid automated brush car washes.
- Never aim a pressure washer at wrap edges or seams.
- Allow 48 hours of cure time before washing or highway driving where possible.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens — let us know as early as possible. Deposits cover design time and materials already committed; we'll always work with you in good faith to reschedule production and installation dates.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability on any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, or for pre-existing conditions of the vehicle or installation surface.
A signed copy of the full agreement is provided with every project.
